Fruit Cocktail Cake

 from the kitchen of Melinda

1 can fruit cocktail (undrained)
1 C sugar
1 C flour
1 egg
1 tsp baking soda
½ C brown sugar
½ C chopped nuts

Mix first five ingredients. Pour in 9x13 pan. Sprinkle with brown sugar and nuts on top. Bake at 350 for 40 minutes till cake is medium brown. Serve with whip cream. Delicious!
