Sour Cream Poppy Seed Cake

from the kitchen of Miranda

1 yellow cake mix
3 oz. instant lemon pudding
1 c. sour cream
½ c. oil
4 eggs
½ c. water
1 Tbsp. poppy seeds
1 tsp. vanilla

Mix all ingredients together on low speed for 5 minutes. Pour in greased Bundt pan. Bake at 350 for 50-55 minutes.
