Hawaiian Chicken

from the kitchen of Miranda

4-6 boneless skinless chicken pieces
1 pkg. dry onion soup mix
1 c. pineapple apricot jam
1 c. Russian salad dressing

Mix all ingredients except the chicken. Place chicken in crock pot and pour mixture over the chicken. Cook on low 5-6 hours. Shred chicken before serving. Serve over rice.
