Pineapple Ambrosia

from the kitchen of  Jack & Sherry


3 C miniature marshmallows
1 (20oz) can crushed pineapple, drained
1 (20oz) can pineapple chunks or tidbits, drained
1 (11 oz) can mandarin oranges, drained
1 C fat-free plain or tropical-flavored yogurt
½ C flaked coconut

In a large bowl, gently combine all ingredients. Cover and chill in refrigerator for at least 1 hour. Leftover ambrosia keeps well in the refrigerator for up to two days.
